At the Ohio Distance & Electronic Learning Academy (OHDELA) we understand that no two students are identical.

If your child isn’t the same as any other classmate, then why is their education exactly the same?  OHDELA is a home-based, cyber-school with state-approved curriculum that meets your child’s unique interests and strengths.

OHDELA students participate in live, interactive, online class sessions with classmates throughout Ohio. Students also have the opportunities to join the National Honor Society, National Junior Honor Society, and Student Council, as well as participate in many field trip opportunities. Learning never stops at the Ohio Distance and Electronic Learning Academy. So forget the flu, bad weather, or the bully down the block. Home is where learning happens everyday. When you enroll in OHDELA we provide all of your homeschooling curriculum, free use of a complete computer system, technical support and internet reimbursement, along with engaging online curriculum available day or night, 365 days of the year. OHDELA is a state chartered, tuition-free, virtual K-12 public school, leading to a state recognized high school diploma.

Any school-aged student residing in Ohio who is eligible to attend kindergarten through 12th grade may apply to OHDELA for admission.
